Feed My Files – build a feed from your filesystem

October 26, 2015 at 10:22

If for whatever reason you need to keep track of the new files being created on a remote filesystem, Feed My Files is your tool.

It allows you to create a feed from a given path of the filesystem, and to customize the resulting URLs to match the server where the feed is published.

It supports Atom, RSS2, and plain HTML for building the feed (or feeds, if multiple formats are seleted), and is built using Groovy and Gradle over the JVM.

And thanks to the Gradle Wrapper it can be launched inside a docker container very easily.
